Leadership access
We make practical leadership tools available to teams that may not have access to expensive consulting or organizational-development support.
Global Mission Support expands access to practical leadership tools, sponsored cohorts, and community resources for churches, nonprofits, lodges, and underserved teams that are carrying meaningful work with limited support.
Many mission-driven organizations are rich in care but short on capacity. We help them name the load, protect the people carrying it, and take the next faithful step.
We make practical leadership tools available to teams that may not have access to expensive consulting or organizational-development support.
Sponsored cohorts give teams a guided way to assess their structure, compare what people are seeing, and choose one repair focus.
The goal is not to score people. The goal is to help teams see what the structure is carrying, what people are absorbing, and what must be reinforced.
DIAL, the Dual Integrity Assessment Lab, helps teams compile individual responses into a shared Team Story: where weight is concentrating, what the team is signaling, and what repair conversation should come next.
Team members complete an individual DIAL assessment and export their results privately.
A supervisor or facilitator uploads the files and confirms the correct team mapping.
The app creates a structured report showing formation, structure, gap patterns, and top repair signals.
The team leaves with a practical ninety-day focus instead of vague inspiration.
Built for leadership, not around it. Cohorts are commissioned by an organization’s own leadership and walked through with a guided debrief — never deployed as a hidden survey against them. The goal is shared stewardship of the structure, not a verdict on the people leading it.
Built for your context: churches, lodges, and organizations.
The DIAL Community assessment is free to use. Ask about a sponsored cohort or a guided team debrief for facilitated, donor-funded access.
“Many organizations do not fail because people stop caring. They struggle because too much weight lands on too few people.”J.A. Tomlinson, creator of the Load-Bearing Leadership System™
For churches, nonprofits, lodges, and community teams that need a structured first reading.
Donor-funded access for teams that would benefit from guided facilitation but cannot fund it alone.
Materials prepared for broad access, local use, and practical conversation in real communities.
A free household financial-structure reading — eight Loads, one first build. Available as a secular Financial Load Audit and as a faith-based Stewardship Cohort.
Community help, family support, and mission-aligned giving where practical need and leadership formation meet.
These are our first-year access goals for 2026, not yet completed results. We will publish verified numbers as cohorts launch and reports are completed.
Donor support helps Global Mission Support provide community leadership access, sponsored DIAL cohorts, translated resources, scholarships, and guided debriefs for organizations that need help but cannot carry the cost alone.
Global Mission Support is designed to keep community access, donor funds, and commercial activity clearly separated.
Donor funds are restricted to charitable programs and are not used for commercial gain.
Approved community content is deployed for charitable access under clear use boundaries.
Any aggregate learning or impact reporting should be anonymized, consent-based, and separated from personally identifiable data.
Invite Global Mission Support into a community conversation, sponsor a DIAL Community cohort, or ask how your church, nonprofit, foundation, or organization can partner.
